Dual Enrollment / Dual Credit 

Students must be on track for graduation according to grade-level classification prior to enrolling in any DC/DE courses.

The Stewartsville C-2 School District provides the privilege for its students to earn college credit while in high school. This privilege allows students to explore and learn curricula that they may not have access to without the partnerships of the colleges and universities. Parents and students provide the funds necessary to enroll in the DC/DE courses.

Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment Requirements:

Juniors:

a. A minimum ACT composite score of 18

b. 3.50 cumulative GPA

c. 95% cumulative attendance rate

d. Juniors may enroll in no more than two DC/DE courses per semester.

Seniors:

a. A minimum ACT composite score of 18

b. 3.50 cumulative GPA

c. 95% cumulative attendance rate

2. Seniors may enroll in no more than three DC/DE courses per semester.

All Students:

1. A $20 down payment must be paid at the time of DC/DE enrollment

2. All required paperwork must be turned in at the time of DC/DE enrollment

3. Enrollment for DC/DE courses will be done on the last day of add/drop.

Students are responsible for their individual course fees as well as other final obligations as required by the providing college/university.
