Congratulations to #TheNest! We are officially a Bronze Level School with the HUSSC!
The HUSSC: is a voluntary, nationwide award program established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture to recognize those schools creating healthier school environments through their promotion of good nutrition and physical activity.
Over the last year the nest has collaborated to demonstrate to the USDA that we are a community that bridges the gap between nutrition, education and physical activity! We are one of the last schools that qualified before the program came to a close. At the bronze level we were awarded $500 at the elementary level and $500 at the high school level to continue to use to bridge the gap! #TheCardinalWay #CardinalVictory
