Food Pantry

The Community Food Pantry and Goldie’s Restaurant along with several volunteers will be offering meals to families affected by the closing of school and businesses during this time.

If you have been affected in any way, loss of wages or maybe you are still working and have children at home, we want to help.

We have set up a schedule and have menus made for the next several weeks. We will be offering meals for either pick up at the restaurant or if you are not able to get out, we will deliver to you. These are ready-made meals that have been cooked by volunteers in the restaurant. Meals will be made to accommodate your family for two days. There will be only one option that we will be serving each evening.

Our schedule is as follows: Serving or Delivery between 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM ONLY

To obtain meals, you MUST call Gwen at the Food Pantry (816-390-2958) with your name, address, and phone number. We must also have the number in your household you are feeding. You may pick up the dinner anytime between 4:30 – 6:30 PM. Deliveries will also be made during these times. We ask if you are able to pick up your dinner to please do this as there are several people unable to drive that we will be delivering to.
